  • there was literally not a single person who was around on the 2nd floor that i could see that actually worked there. I had employees quickly walk straight past me like i didn't even exist. i had to ask someone where the dressing room was. the 2nd floor area with the dressing room is not utilized as a dressing room but as a storage area. the only dressing room was downstairs. for a store with 2 floors and thousands of square feet of product area--IT DOESN'T WORK. i waited ages just to get a fitting room and the woman working it didn't even care when assisting customers. i had to physically walk to her when i asked her for assistance instead of her coming to me when she was looking me in the eye. At the cash register IT WAS AWFUL. the next available cashier did not acknowledge that he was available. Not even a hand wave or a "i can help the next person in line." he stood there and chatted with the other cashiers. NO EYE CONTACT OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MY OR MY HUSBAND'S EXISTENCE. he never even said hi. he was too busy singing the song over the P.A. to the cashier next to him. I was fuming. Why should i shop somewhere where i don't even feel appreciated. He didn't say thank you or come back soon or anything friendly. "It's this much. swipe your card." that is the most he even said. oh yeah. he asked for my id. that's it. what kind of customer service is this entire place providing? that's right. IT'S NOT.
