| - I think every place is only as good as the people we deal with. It's like that in a restaurant, doctor's office, clothing shop. Perhaps some people have not had the same luck I had of dealing with a great person who definitely earned by business. His name is ARLENE REYES.
When buying a car I do my homework. I check reviews in the cars and dealerships, I use all resources I can.
First time I went to this dealer I wasn't quite ready to buy a car. I was still comparing the deals. They're a business so obviously tried to make a deal that day but they accepted well when I said I wasn't quite ready yet. We shook hands and I left.
Compared prices with other dealerships. Got pretty close to a deal with another Subaru dealership. They couldn't get to a place I needed to be at.
Some time later Arlene followed up. I told him about the other deal. He asked if he matched the deal, I would buy his car since his is a trim up, full loaded version. I said yes. Peoria Subaru was able to do a deal on an Impreza Limited that another dealer would not do on a Sport version. So we agreed on terms and I got a fully loaded car for the price I was willing to pay.
The whole process was very quick, I'd say just about 1 hour.
Arlene then went on showing me all aspects of the car, highlighting the 2 year free maintenance so long as done with Peoria Subaru and all. Very positive and smooth experience all around for me. Again, I would credit a lot to Arlene who was respectful of my time, my conditions and, above all, me as a person.
My experience was very positive and I would 100% recommend Peoria Subaru and Arlene Reyes.
