  • So I've paid for a fast for well over a year, my car is damaged due to the car in front of my not leaving the wash and the tracks pushing me car into the car in front of me. My car now goes to go to the repair shop and is expected to be there for at least 2 weeks. Being that I am still paying for car washes I go and get a pass for my rental. It was given to me no issues. Shortly after that my fast pass was cancelled due to "fast pass abuse" using it on more than one car. Well my car is in the shop I'm still paying to have my car washed so I'll wash my rental right? One would think. I called corporate, they were rude and less than helpful!
