  • I had an appointment at 1pm I got in fairly quickly (within 15 minutes of my reso) I'm seated and I tell the lady I do not want to soak my nails in acetone because it breaks my nails. So what does she do tells me to soak for 5 minutes. In the meantime she goes and starts a pedicure. Sitting and patiently waiting 15 minutes later a guy comes over and starts to remove my gel polish, he can't get it off so he tells me to soak my nails now HE goes and starts a pedicure as well. Now I'm waiting another ten minutes for someone to help me out. Now ANOTHER guy comes over and starts my nails not to mention he is not even paying attention to me texting, answering the phone, talking to co workers. The reason for my appt was so that I could get out in a reasonable time. It's now 1:35pm and my gel is still on my nails. Anyways he gave my the most awful gel manicure I have ever gotten. The nail polish was thin so obviously you should do 3 coats and he only did 2 until I had to say something then got mad when I asked for him to apply another coat. Now at the end did I get an apology for anything? Nope. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER.
