  • DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I purchased a package from them and scheduled installation on 17 August 17 from 5-8pm. Waited until 7:51 and called when no one showed up or called. A representative told me the installer was running behind and would be here by 9pm. No problem, things happen. By 9:30 no one is here or called yet. I get on chat with another representative who said the installer ran behind so he rescheduled me for 20 august at the same time without calling to tell me or ask if I would even be home. I explained that if he was running late I could wait up and she said she would revert my install time back to yesterday and have him come. I waited around until 1115 and still no call or text. I finally call back and. The only department open is tech support. The very rude representatives tell me there is no information about my prior interactions that day and my installer was always scheduled for the 20th. They try 3 times to transfer me to a supervisor and the line went dead. I finally give up and go to sleep. This morning I call again and after being on the phone for 45 minutes I'm told the best they can do is come sometime tomorrow. They won't send anyone out today or even credit me back the $155 I paid them to install my services yesterday. Very rude and will lie just to get you off the phone knowing full well there is no technician coming. They don't care how long you are going to have to wait because they told yo someone is on their way but really isn't coming at all or if you have other things to do. Can't be trusted.
