  • The only reason I give this Best Buy four stars is because we purchased some things online that they did not have and were not able to get in for the price that we paid (Cyber Monday Sale). Outside of that, I have always had great service at this Best Buy. As a surprise for the NCAA tourney, I was trying to surprise my fiance and set up three televisions and an internet connection in the same room. Because I am not an electronics woman, I made plenty of mistakes. With three trips in less than an hour, the gentlemen proved to be very helpful, patient and quick enough for me to complete my surprise in time. :)
