  • Lenscrafters, in general, has the best prices on frames. BUT, the salespeople upsell you on everything else. On our purchase, they automatically upgraded us to the more expensive anti-reflective coating without even asking. Luckily I had a list of what my insurance pays for and when I questioned it, she said there is a "standard" coating she can give me. YES, do not just upsell without asking. Then, she automatically added on the warranty without even asking! I told her to remove it and made a snippy comment about how they just add things on their own. Be aware of the charges and question everything. It's almost like they get paid on commission.
