  • I first started going here about a year ago at the recommendation of a friend. I like to do mommy and daughter pedicures but don't think I'll be returning.... Staff is not all friendly and my past 2 visits were terrible. Sat in pedi chair with little water and then waited til water was cold before I got service. My daughter sat in her chair til her water was cold as well. Then when I said express pedicures (because of waiting) the girls friendliness disappeared.... I tried to let it go... Figured busy Saturday whatever. BUT then today a friend of mine at work went there based on MY recommendation and had a horrible experience - they couldn't do what she wanted and did not tell her that until they were half way thru filing off her gels....so they wanted to polish her half done nails and send her off.... Who does that... She let them do something else to save them as it was late and she had no other option...they were not apologetic and even charged her for their mistake. Now I am mortified i sent her there. Save your money go elsewhere - done!
