  • My friend bought a couch there after the sales person assured him the arms came off and it would fit through his door. After waiting 12 weeks, yes 3 months, it arrived and arms do not come off! Not only does he not have a couch but they won't refund him the money or even a credit, unbelievably bad customer service. Do not purchase from here.
