NEVER BUY A CAR AT THOROBRED CHEVROLET. Just a warning. They lie to your face, sell you bad cars, don't fix their mistakes, and they don't service cars within in a reasonable time. I have had to go back and forth a dozen times just to pick up the car I purchased because they didn't finish "inspecting" and cleaning it on time. I waited 6 days to pick up the car I wanted to purchase because they are SO SLOW about getting cars on the lot after they tell you "It will be here later today" and give you the run-around just to keep you waiting. They claim to have replaced 2 tires prior to my purchase then within a day my front tire is flat, and I spend another 3 trips to their service department just to get it fixed and find out there is still a nail in the tire due by their poor inspection!! Every time I dropped off the car for service, it sat on their lot all day just to find out they didn't work on it yet! THREE TIMES! Then, they refuse to cover the cost of the service, even though it was clearly their fault. Within 5 days the power window broke on the drivers side and they refused to cover the cost of this either. They denied me of a certified warranty and GM does nothing to help customers if the dealership doesn't want you to be helped. Thorobred sells defective cars and covers it up with cheap labor to make you think you are getting a great vehicle, then charge you when parts go bad within hours or days!! They are the worst service AND sales department I've ever dealt with and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They charged me $333 to repair the tire and power window. Thorobred does NOT care about customer satisfaction in the slightest. They care about making money!!! I am taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know about my experience at Thorobred when they shop for a new vehicle.
