  • I love discount tires! But the store located in Mesa on Power rd is poorly ran. Tim is really bad at customer service and is a poor representative for Discount Tires. Every time my tires are installed incorrectly or damage occurs, he just shrugs his shoulders and walks away. My Last 2 visits to this location was horrible. My directional tires were installed backwards and then then they break air pressure sensor trying to fix the mistake. I understand mistakes, but this manager doesn't care about his customers or making it right. Avoid this location at all costs, not worth risking your safety! I will give Costco a shot since their road hazard, balance and installation is way cheaper per tire and makes overall cost cheaper than Discount tires.
