  • I keep giving this place a chance because I love cupcakes, and I'm not too picky about the consistency. I would say these cupcakes are okay/good, not great. However, the 1 star is for the customer service and consistently inconsistent sizing of cupcakes. I swear they put the big ones in the front of the case and then pull the small ones from the back. I seem to end up with miniature cupcakes 50% of the time. I recently asked for a larger one, and the cashier told me that she already touched mine and couldn't put it back. She already touched mine? Weird, I hadn't touched it yet.... Anyways, she tried to convince me they were all the same size, which they clearly were not, and usually are not. My suggestion is to figure out a way to improve the customer service, and also fix the consistency in sizing so they are all "colossal."
