Horrible customer service and follow up. Will never recommend them to anyone. They treated me as if I was an inconvenience. If you want to know the story, please keep reading.
I sent a request for service/maintenance on June 26th asking Susanna if her company could fix the bunched up artificial grass around the bases of my trees that they had installed last year. No response, 3 days later I send another one. 3 days after that I finally get a response (almost a week later). A whole week goes by without acknowledgement. I can get the guys to come out next week Susanna says. Great! I am excited to have gotten a response. "When can they come out?" I get no response... 4 days later I follow up: "That's great! When can they come out?" Still no response. The end of the next day - "I haven't forgotten about you. I should know tomorrow." In my mind what happened to some type of update since the 26th of June? It is now July 9th. The update from "I should know tomorrow" did not come until 2 days later. Finally I get an email stating that she came by to look at my trees and it will cost $868 to trim and remove debris - they did it for half that last time. I responded with "Wow", please just look at the grass. Her responses became very short and cold, as if I was a nuisance or even an inconvenience. At the end of our conversation (July 13th) she asked: "What do I need to look at in respect to the grass?" That let me know she didn't even care since "Respect to the grass" was on the 1st request back on Jun 26th. Such an enormous waste of time....
