  • They would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for the 4 hour wait in line and if the man loading the trucks woulda been filling all them up instead of sending them out with empty seats. This man had the audacity to tell those of us that had been standing in line that their corporate customers were more important then those of us who busted our butts for our money. This man attempted to degraded not only myself but each and every person in line. He lied to his boss and told her he didnt send out trucks with empty seat and then when it all came out he tried blaming everything on an amazing young soldier named Jess.
