  • I took my two granddaughters to Chandler Fashion Center Nordstrom to buy back-to-school clothes & shoes. Once in the BP/Trend department, I was totally ignored by the two employees. Apparently they were busy talking to an attractive young gal that was probably an off the clock employee or former employee. This is the second time that I went through this negative experience. I am concerned that they treated me like this for having tattoos, and shaved head. I encourage everyone to take appropriate actions. We immediately left Chandler Fashion Center, and headed out to Fashion Square in Scottsdale. I will stick to Scottsdale Fashion Square where I shop with Brooke Harrison in Trend/TBD. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. When she sees me in the store with my children, and grand children, she immediately starts pulling clothes, because she knows what they like. If they need jewelry or shoes to compliment an outfit, she comes to those departments with us. Brooke is what Customer Service is all about! What a shining example to other Nordstrom employees!
