I had two cars needing work done and I knew I was going to have to pay a pretty penny to get them fixed let alone diagnosed. I usually take my cars to the mom and pop place by my house, but considering that after every time I've gone there, something else seems to go wrong and it made me hesitant to return in the future. I've always stayed clear of dealership service centers because of how pricey they are. I took the first car in to Ken Truffin who was amazing and very helpful. He emailed me the complete report and diagnosis for my car. Well it was way too expensive so I brought him my other car that had similar issues and again, he was extremely helpful and emailed me that car's report as well. That car was much cheaper to fix but still very expensive. I told Ken that I would only be able to fix one or two things because I couldn't afford it all. He was concerned that I wasn't getting my brakes done as well and told me that it would be dangerous if I continued to drive on them in the condition they were in, so when I said he was amazing, it's because he made sure I got the brakes done anyway and made sure I was able to afford it afterward. They were able to get my car done very quickly and I know it was done right just because I felt like he genuinely cared about my car and the issues it had. In the end, he not only help take care of all the fees accrued with both cars' diagnoses, but also helped me get a better feeling of sending my vehicle to a dealership, and I'm a pretty stubborn person, so he really made an impression on me that I will always remember. Thank you Peoria Nissan and thank you Ken Truffin for the fantastic service and the caring attitude that I've never received from any auto shop! I'll definitely be back for the rest of my services!
