  • I like the fact that this place has high ceilings and it looks very beautiful. Better than the one in yorkdale or toronto to be honest. I love their overall layout of the store but am quite disappointed in some aspects. For one, their bag brand selection has dwindled. Am an avid bag collector and there are certain brands that I dont see in this location, which is a shame as I have to travel all the way out to purchase it. And for the space that they have, I feel like there is so much more potential. This particular location has less the volume of visitors every now and then sadly enough. Just cant help but notice. For customer service, all the sales associate seem really eager to help.. which is nice.. so no complaints there. Anyway, don't expect to compare it to the ones in toronto and yorkdale if your visiting, but otherwise.. beautiful store.
