  • I'm no stranger to McDonald's and I understand that I should not expect much in the way of customer service, however this particular McDonald's may be trying to set a record for underwhelming customer service. Placed an order at the counter for 4 sandwiches and 3 orders of Chicken Nuggets - to go. After 20 minutes of watching others come and go, I inquired. Was told "we're working on it". When the order finally came up, no beverages with the nugget happy meals - I caught that one. Got home the large order of Nuggets was missing so I returned to the restaurant. Explained the shortage, showed my receipt. After a 2-3 minute "employee huddle" I was handed a box of nuggets. Not a word said, no sauce, no cursory "sorry", nothing, nada, zip. So now I get home and 2 of us are eating after everyone else is finished and at least one of us has a cold lunch. More often than not, this franchise continues to screw up. I kinda feel sorry for a store that's this inept or mismanaged, but I have not choice but to just say "no" to this location.
