  • Used Allied for an airport pickup a week ago and was disappointed in both the booking process and the driver. I thought I'd use their app, problem is there's about four of them on google play any they're all very buggy. On the 3rd or 4th attempt I thought I had a booking but never received an email or text to confirm. So when I left the Customs area I figured it was a 50/50 shot whether I'd have a car waiting for me. Well woohoo I did in fact have a driver. Now not wanting to pull the snob or entitlement card but one of the reasons I book a sedan instead of a taxi is for the added service. The driver was surly from the start, never offered to take my luggage cart & never offered to load/unload my suitcases.
