  • It's 816 and the store is still closed when it opens at 8 AM. Now I know shit happens, and I would never leave this complaint had there Not been two employees sitting in their vehicles watching me sit outside of their closed garages for 15 minutes. Not one thought to come let me know that somebody will soon be here. Right now I'm watching one of their employees polishing his rims while There is now a second car in line. After tapping on one of the employees car window to ask if they will be open, the girls response was she does not know because she does not know when her boss will be here and she does not have keys. And even that was after 10 seconds of finishing a text message. The beginning of this review started with two stars because I'm just against leaving one star for a business when shit happens. It is now onestardue to its two employees that have no business in customer service. It is now 830 and I'm leaving. Thank you Jiffy Lube for screwing up my morning with blatant disrespect for your customers.
