  • This place is depressing. The lobby is kinda creepy and uninviting. The place is worn and the room is blah. All of which I might have been able to swallow if the room rate had not been $309CAD. It was literally Toronto Film Festival highway robbery. And in that respect, I would never recommend this property. For the same price or only a dollar or two more, you can go to the Sheraton, etc. and LEAP into a different class of hotel. The only upside was the little cafĂ© actually rocks it. Great staff, delicious food even at those prices. Otherwise, steer clear.
