  • This has become my favorite "chain" pizza, by far. The brick oven is not hype -- it makes a difference. Consistent, high quality, clean, and great service. The pizza has tons of flavor with a wide variety of options. That said, I could not disagree more with the review that compared this to Bianco. Grimaldi's isn't even in the same league as Bianco, but I would not expect them to be. And, Grimaldi's has the advantage of not having to wait 2 hours for a table.....
