  • Service - we walk into the bakery and one of the bakers sees us and turns around. No greeting or "be right with you". Then I have to ask the lady in the office for help and it was as if I committed a sin, she had the worst attitude. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Cupcakes- we only got the cupcakes but they were dry. Even my kids were not impressed.
