| - Three times wrong in one visit before I finally gave up.
I ordered the basic croissant, egg, sausage, American cheese sandwich. Apparently, where I went wrong was to ask if I could get it on the pretzel croissant instead of the regular croissant. I was assured there was no problem. I also ordered hash browns and an Iced coffee. I checked my receipt and everything was correct.
After a few minutes, the gentleman at the pickup window handed me a sandwich, but no hash browns. After a few minutes, I asked about them and he got them started in the broiler. Because they were late getting into the device, I guess he pulled them early so they ended up being half cooked and soggy. I imagine they would have been good, had they been cooked.
I was about 2 miles down the road when I unwrapped the sandwich to find I didn't have what I ordered. I took a bite of the sandwich because I was prepared to suck it up if it was OK, even if not what I ordered. By now it was cold after waiting for the hash browns and just not what I wanted. Back I went.
Try number 2. I explained about the has browns, but there was no offer to rectify that. I explained that I got the wrong sandwich and showed the receipt. The manager explained that they aren't used to orders that differ from exactly what is on the menu. They made a new sandwich. I took the bag and went to the car.
Number 3. Opened the wrapper, wrong again. I quit. Not trying anymore.
