I have some mixed feelings about Ashley Furniture, mostly because the furniture came in least than satisfactory condition.
Went into two Ashley locations to browse over the course of 3 weeks. It's your typical furniture store experience-the second you walk in the door you are pounced on by the nearest sales rep. We went to the Arrowhead location first, and ended up shopping at the Mayo Blvd store because they had more selection.
Our saleslady was fine. We set up our delivery date within about a 3 week window for a Saturday delivery. Our lamps were completely shattered in the box (annoying) and the coffee tables were scuffed and wobbly. The drawer slides were cracked (still waiting on that to be repaired). I had to call customer service 3 times to get a definitive answer on who is supposed to replace the lamps..corporate or the store.
The repairman who came to fix our tables was great..efficient and friendly-so no complaints on that end.
I just feel pretty let down with my customer service experience and the quality of the furniture.
Shop elsewhere people.
