This has been a nightmare experience. The wrong size truck was sent. Half our belongings arrived almost 3 weeks after pick-up (as overflow). Absolutely no communication of when delivery would happen - we had to make repeated calls for information - and we only got disinterested customer service staff. Overcharged 67% more than estimate (after agent walked through and expected all our things). Many items were damaged. Pick-up agents initially gave up on moving certain items and only after Atlas driver persuaded them, did they agree to move (even though sales agent put them on his list as to be moved). My wife was in tears at one point during this experience. As a business owner myself it is hard to appreciate how this organization gets any repeat business.
