  • So I came to get a new router... They told me to give my name, and someone will be with me..so I pull out my phone...oh there is an Officemax in the parking lot..hmm search routers... hmm they are like $60 cheaper..still waiting... F this I'm going over there! You need a better customer service/sales system. The two doofs at the door could have sold me the router had they not been more interested in conversing on their weekend.
