A lovely cafe that is well thought out and cozy, a perfect respite from whatever blistering cold weather Toronto is enduring for the day. There are three sofa/armchair areas, a handful of small two-person tables in the back, and a long communal table off to one side. If you are lucky, you can snag the coveted leather armchairs right in front of the fireplace. Also, there are conveniently placed outlets to plug in your electrical device of choice.... always very important.
The drinks are prepared with attention and care from the staff, and everyone seems to enjoy the Turkish coffee which comes on a fancy silver platter set. The only drawback was that their wifi was sporadic. It would be fine on my phone but dead on my laptop.
