  • I had ordered ahead of time online. When I arrived the order was not even started yet. They said they would make it right away but I waited 15 minutes. They felt they should help the customers in line first. That's cool but why offer to take orders ahead of time then. 2 stars because of the missed opportunity for customer service but the ice cream is good.
