  • Other than having to walk in and find a dealer to talk with I have no complaints. I am happy I found Joe Lanzafame when I walked in though. He was very personable and showed great knowledge on the Jeep Grand cherokee. Even though I showed up after 6 PM with no intentions to buy on that particular day, he serviced every need and question we had. He was quick to find the color and model that my family was looking for. I have already told friends about this dealer and encourage you all to give these guys a go! I have zero complaints about this dealership or this particular dealer.
