I initially loved the bookstore and was up there all the time at the Shaker Square location. What was beginning to put a sour taste in my mouth is when they used to up the price of the books between $2-$5 above what the publishers wanted folks to pay for it. I caught them doing this on multiple occasions. The first time was when I bought a book on flying planes. I went to remove the price sticker off of it which stated the book was $21.99. After I removed it, the barcode that was underneath it said the book was actually $19.99 and they overcharged me. Had to go back on that one and get my money back. Another time, I bought a children's book for my nephew. They sold it to me for $15.99. I went to peel off the price label so I could wrap it up and the actual price of the book was $10.99. I had to once again go up there and get my $5 back. I stopped going there after the 2nd time.
