| - I like mine thick, rich, and hot...ramen at Jinya Ramen Bar that is!
We have so many options for ramen in Vegas, but this is my favorite spot, and here are some of the items I enjoy:
Wonton Chicken Ramen
Spicy Chicken Ramen
Jinya Chicken Ramen
Takoyaki
Arabiki pork sausage
Brussel sprouts
I always prefer thick noodle vs. thin, extra spicy, and a couple cloves of garlic squeezed in it...and of course one more seasoned egg. Their seasoned egg yolk is always perfectly runny and delicious. I added a poached egg a couple of times, but seasoned egg adds more flavor to my soup.
Most of the time, my love and I have to wait at least 10min or so, but once you're seated, service is quick and excellent. Doesn't matter how busy they might be, the staff are calm and pleasant. Don't forget to put your name on the clip board when you first come in if there is a wait list going.
