  • This office is so rude and unorganized. I have tried for EIGHT MONTHS to get my daughter's birth certificate with her father's name on it. I have been back to the office in person 3 times, and will now be 4 when I finally pick up the certificate. My boyfriend was at the hospital with us when she was born and signed the paternity. The office first told me they lost a lot of their mail and had to contact the post office and that they were sorry it got lost and I'd have to file and pay for a correction because his name wasn't on it. When I went into the office each time the employees gave me HUGE attitude when I always approached them nicely. Eventually I was not going to be so nice when I kept getting the same rude clerk handler. I could hear her talking about me to her employees and she kept rolling her eyes at me. Again today I called to see if they figured it out and they tell me they never lost their mail, and it's been ready since August WITH HER FATHER ON IT. Unbelievable. I wasted so much time on these incompetent human beings. If it wasn't for their location I would have never stepped foot in there again.
