  • They quoted me a price about 250.00 above what other companies in the market for mac-related repairs were quoting me. Now they may have a premium for service, but they also lost my first e-mail and I had to follow up a few times, so its hard to confirm whether that is the case or not. Based on my research, price points, and customer experiences, I'd recommend shopping around (to Glitch Fix or one of the other Apple-certified repair companies in the GTA) before shopping here.
