  • Short Version: Be prepared to wait for the service department and the staff not knowing what you are there for even with an appointment. Long Version: I called to get my Camaro key replaced (warranty issue). They said they would order a key (their machine was broken at the time so they had to get a key made from the factory). I agreed. The key was ordered, I received an email telling me the key was at the dealership and to make an appointment. I called, let them know I got an email about the part being delivered, and set up an appointment. I asked how long would it take, they said 30-45 minutes to sync the key with the car. Fast forward to showing up to the appointment. I showed up on time, no one was there to greet me or check me in. I had to wait for the person I made my appointment with to show up. I waited about 5-10 minutes for the guy. The guy checking me in didn't know anything about the key from the factory or why I made an appointment. I told him that I needed my warranty key replaced. He said no problem, they can't find the key (because he didn't know anything about it), it must of been sent back, and their machine is working again. So they can just make me a key. BUT, it will take about 4-5 hours. I was told it was going to be 30-45 mins on the phone making the appointment. I was mad, but figured I would have to get it fixed sometime. They did the work as needed, within the 4-5 hours. I had to get a ride, because there was no way I was going to hang around that long. I won't be back again for any service or warranty issues.
