  • Everyone at the salon is super friendly! They chat with the customers and make you feel very welcomed. But I made an appointment and got a call to reschedule twice. She was apologetic, but it sill seemed a bit much. Then I asked her to cut my hair shorter 3 times and she did but not to what I really wanted. I ended up getting fed up and just going with it. After I left I saw that I STILL has split ends and my hair looked the same. On the plus side, the head massage during shampooing was perfection.
