  • MY girlfriend went there for the first time today, and she had a very unpleasant experience. - Nail tech suggested overlay instead of tips and claimed it was the exact same, it wasn't even close, and the shape was off. - They took 2 hours to do mani/pedi, they were supposed to have a gel match, but when finished the colors weren't even close. - They suggested changing the toe color but "for an extra charge" - Not sure what their logic was since it was their fault that the colors didn't match and fixing it should have been free of charge. - While fixing her toes, they stopped several times to help other customers, then she was asked to move to a different chair to make room for a couple who just walked in (This is one of the most unprofessional things you can do to your customer)
