  • Horrible experience. Although having a reservation in advance I had to wait OVER TWO HOURS in line actually rent the car. No excuse for that, none. The car I rented had just one power outlet and of course IT WASN'T WORKING so no cell phone or GPS charging. Dollar and Thrifty are the same rental company, would NEVER use either of them again.
