  • Currently 12/13/17 I'm unclear how to rate this company yet. So far between the quality of customer service and arrival I'm quite happy. I'm unclear how this different green carpet cleaning is as to the actual cleaning of the carpet. Ben was great and understanding. He explained that due to how the carpet was treated before moving to this house and how he did his best. I will definitely update the review once the carpet is cleaned. One thing I could offer as an improvement is a way to help the carpet dry quicker and not be left soaking wet.
