  • I purchase a coupon deal on Kijiji in May 2012 which was good for 1 year. Some time in Nov 2012 I decided to book an appt. The only way to book appt is through a 3rd party website, to which a link on their website brings you to. The first available appt was 3 months in advance!!! I still did not give up and booked the appt. I noticed that the 3rd party booking website only allows me to book for their 2308A EGLINTON AVE EAST location, but my voucher was available only for the 2510 Yonge St. location. When I booked the appt in the available notes/comments I put my concern about the address and requested for a contact. No one of coarse called. I tried to reach them on my own by calling and leaving voice mail (as there is no live person to answer when you call their number). I also used their website's "contact us" page. No one had contacted me, still I proceeded with the appt booked for Apr 2013. I came to their Yonge St location, but couldn't find their office for the life of me! It is in a 3-storey office building with a board listing all businesses. The name was not on the board, but I still went through each and every single door in that building. I didn't find it and assumed they moved/closed. I contacted Kijiji with a refund request. A day after my request I get a call from the Pro Eyelash Canada. The guy explains to me that their office is in fact at the Yonge St. location and they share an office with a group that's called "Friends Of The Heart ". How am I supposed to guess that?! He said their name should be on the business listing board, well it wasn't! It wasn't on the door! And I did pass by the door with "Friends Of The Heart" on it. So they guy offers to book an appt over- the-phone and I don't need to do it for 3 months in advance. I booked the appt within 1 week and he assured he will be there personally. I show up for the appt, only to find the doors of the building closed (you need to be buzzed in). I call the guy asking to come down and let me in, he tells me he is at the Eglinton location and he cannot recall booking my appt!!! At this point I wanted to drive to their Eglinton location and level it with the ground. He asked me to wait for few minutes while he calls someone in the office. I waited for 10 min and just called him myself, he told me there is no one at that location and proceeds talking to someone while I'm on the line. He didn't feel bad at all for forgetting about my appt, didn't offer to re-book or apologized. I realized that this was a dead-end and hung up. I cannot say anything about the quality of their work as I just refunded my voucher. I'm still not sure if this is a result of really poor organization or unwillingness to provide service to customers with vouchers.
