  • My favorite things about Rula Bula: the outdoor patio at night, and the mac n' cheese! The menu, overall, is a bit pricier than you'd expect from the location, being that it's on Mill with the hundreds of drunk ASU students that crawl the street every weekend, but the food really is just great! However, the service is sub-par. Almost every time I've been here, there's been at least one issue (lack of waiters, waiting too long for drinks, waiters nowhere to be found, etc.)
