  • This review is solely for the Winterlicious high tea I experienced and not for the castle itself, though the castle is beautiful and I do enjoy visiting from time to time. I went to the last day of the $35 (+ HST) Winterlicious High Tea at the castle. For this deal, you are provided with admittance to the castle, unlimited cups of tea, a plate of sandwiches (they had both a meat and veggie option - which would have been good to know farther in advance) and to select from a small variety of pastries/desserts that are passed around on trays. The food was decent, the decor was lovely, and our server was awesome. My group and I did not appreciate that we were sat last and then rushed to leave by other servers, even though there were still other tables sitting down and chatting around us. Overall, a cute and fun experience.
