I'm in the same spot as Katie S., called to make an appointment with Dr. Langford since she's certified by my insurance. The receptionist makes an appointment with a different doctor, Dr. Kim, assuring me that my insurance will cover either doctor.
Three months later I'm being billed for $680 not including lab costs due to Dr. Kim NOT being covered by my insurance. To the customer who stated "BTW, very decent prices for folks without insurance," how is $680 decent for a mole removal?? I've tried to call their billing department FIVE times now in a week, left messages, been put in "que" to be called back twice, with no response from them whatsoever. Either their business practices are truly that shotty that they have THAT many unsatisfied customers and can't get around to calling me back in a week, or they are just assuming most unsatisfied customers will give up and pay the bill.
What a nightmare. I sure as hell wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
