The medical care of this practice is fine, however when a procedure is needed, that is where the wheels come off. This practice is somehow linked with the surgical-center where procedures are scheduled. The insurance relationships are different and the out of pocket costs are a multiple of when the procedures were done in office. When we decided to leave the practice for insurance reasons and the costs mentioned, getting our records for the new doctor was a real hassle. Excuses, delays, and flat out lies ensued. Finally we picked them up in person and now they started in with me not being on my spouses's list of approved people to talk to! I have been on that list from day one, but this was one more hurdle we had to jump to leave the practice. They have signs warning about treating staff rudely and that they have the right to refuse care, but the front desk and office people are not trained and don't know what they are doing! No wonder people treat them poorly. Some of the providers care, others care about their paychecks. Good luck in figuring out which are which! Better luck if you try to leave with your records!r
