  • Nove is a pretty good Italian restaurant in the Palms hotel. It's a very nice atmosphere with a great view! I was surprised by how slow it was on a Thursday night. There were only about five tables taken around 8pm. I ordered the caesar salad and chicken parmigiana. The caesar salad was huge but not in the way you're thinking. The actual pieces of lettuce are large and the croutons are literally the biggest I have ever seen! The chicken was pretty good but nothing special. Our waitress offered us a VIP pass to Ghostbar when we asked about it. I thought that was super nice!
