So I've been going to this dentist a little over a year now and I'm not impressed. This is the closest place to my house and it's on my insurance. My first reaction was great. I walked in and was welcomed, the place seems new and clean. The hygienist is really nice and super cool. I really like her, she used to be a bartender and she is so welcoming. My second appointment i was waiting for doctor to come in and check for cavities and stuff and they took maybe 15 minutes or so, finally after he came in and checked me out, he told me that they were behind and I could either wait or come back. I had to go to work that day so I decided to reschedule. My new appointment was for New Years Eve. That appointment was fine. Got my cleaning and walked out to a little snow. It was an interesting day. I rescheduled my next cleaning and this is just where it just went down hill. I came in and had to get X-rays. Compared to others I have a small mouth and it is very uncomfortable to leave those weird things in my mouth. I have to take them out before they come back around the way. I felt like I was going to throw up. It's painful and the assistant just kinda keep shoving it in my mouth. Ugh. I went over to the hygienist and just waiting for her. And kept waiting. They left me in the chair for at least a half hour before one person told me there was a emergency. Okay, well thanks for letting me know. I continued to wait, another 15 minutes for someone else to tell me they had a call out... Wait, please tell me you are not lying to me. Jeez. I was pissed at this point. Please get your story together before you lie to your client. As compensation they gave me free fluoride. Oh, Thanks. I was going to get it free anyways with my check in offer. Worst part of the whole thing, I finally got my teeth cleaned and she was so rushed that she was rough on my mouth. My teeth hurt the rest of the day. I'm just having the worst luck with dentist. I made an appointment for my next cleaning but I'm not sure I'll go.
