  • I never been to les 2 singes and now I regret it ! L'île flottante is an awesome experience. We had the 5 courses meal with wine pairing and wow ! The pairing were spot on ! The food was awesome by itself but with the wine, it was just something else ! Never had something like this before. I am picky about certain ingredients that won't even look (raw fish or meat, goat cheese) I had both in my plate and I just loved it ! It proves that when you are talented, you can convince anyone. The 3 courses dinner would have been enough. It was a major food coma after but totally worth it !
