  • I passed Golden Spoon on the way to the post office as it's right next door to the small strip shopping center. Pulled up and it looked totally dark and closed.Most of the few other stores were vacant. I was about to leave when I noticed the that front door was ajar. Well I'm already here so why not get out of my vehicle and try it. Yes it was open for business. As mentioned by others they serve you from behind their counter. Much better than the serve yourself places. The paper cups are on easy display so you can determine what sizes are available. I decided that the smallest was too small and ordered a Regular with marshmallow topping. The owner's wife suggested that she dispense it a larger cup so that would not over flow. Great idea. The quality was far better than any other frozen yogurt and tasted like real ice cream. My new go to place as I do not eat or like yogurt. My 1 star down grade was because it's almost impossible to see the lite Open sign and the window coverings are tacky to say the least. As for quality, cost and taste I would recommend it.
