  • I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. I sent an inquiry from their website. Shortly after my inquiry I received a text from a sales representative. The car I was interested in had been sold, the sales rep said he was going to see if they had anything else on the lot similar. He never got back to me, a few days had passed and I received a call from the internet sales department asking if anyone had contacted me. I let them know that Mr Alba was going to check stock but never contacted me again. I assumed my business wasn't that important and went elsewhere.
