  • Don't come here. You're going to get snooty/rude and poor customer service. I needed to get a title switched to my name and Shannon seemed so impatient and I felt like she looked down on us (there were 4 of us trying to figure this thing out). She was very quick with her words and looked at us if we were stupid. She didn't tell me that my name needed to be on the front of the title paper. All I did was sign the back to get the title switched over to me and she said it was okay and that I didn't need to do anything else. When we were finished, she put her arms in between my boyfriend and the guy that sold us the car and made a motion to move so she could help the other guy. And before that our dealer tried asking her some questions and she just walked away and made him wait 5 minutes while she did nothing. SHANNON IS SO RUDE!
